Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Works with the Infusion team to perform all duties related to cannabis infusion and processing operations
  • Formulates cannabis flower and concentrate mix based on DreamFields proprietary method and
SOP
  • Creates batches of Kief using DreamFields method
  • Keeps logs (electronic and paper) for proper tracking and reporting of all inventories
  • Inputs data and controls flow of production
  • Cleans all production areas to ensure no cross contamination occurs and ensures compliance
with local and state health regulations
  • Follows appropriate control measures to prevent mixing of batches and/or weights of batches
  • Performs in-process and post-process quality assurance testing and conducting visual inspections to ensure the product meets or exceeds quality standards
  • Performs duties in a safe manner and environment while adhering to all governmental
regulations for this industry
  • Ensures 100% compliance and accuracy involving all product tracking, product security, and product movement procedures
  • Assists in monitoring processing supplies and inventory
 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must be 21 years of age or older per state law
  • Ability to utilize computer programs such as MS Office, METRC, and other systems
  • Ability to perform basic math calculations for proper batch making
 

Education and Experience:

  • 2+ years of manufacturing experience with a focus on inventory tracking, as well as ensuring product safety, consumer safety and satisfaction, and high product quality
 
  • Experience working in a kitchen or bakery for commercial or large scale operations
 

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to stand, walk, bend,
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to carry product totes
  • Must be able to push carts, move and adjust process equipment
  • Applicants must have clean facial presentation, if applicable a clean shaved face or otherwise neatly groomed- this position requires a form fitted mask that will be provided upon hire.
